I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, and attended Christian Brothers University, where I earned my undergraduate and master's degrees in education. With many years of experience teaching in public and private school settings, I understand how to deliver a concierge-like experience. For buyers, I start by helping them define their preferences and requirements, conducting comprehensive property searches, and arranging viewings. I assist in navigating the offer and negotiation process, ensuring they receive the best possible terms. For sellers, I meticulously evaluate the market, create effective marketing strategies, and skillfully negotiate offers to secure the highest possible sale price. I am there every step of the way, handling paperwork, coordinating inspections, and guiding my clients until the successful completion of the transaction.
